The inspiration for this site comes from my life on the move. With a hectic work and travel schedule it is not always convenient – or possible – to hit the gym. But I have trained hard to get my body in the shape it is in and I plan to always keep it that way so I needed a workout that worked for me no matter where I was, no matter how busy my schedule. Now I want to bring that workout to you.


Whether you are in shape now or plan to get in shape, I know it’s not always convenient for you to get to the gym. Most us work for a living and have limited time outside of our jobs for working out. When we are trying hard to fit so much into our own lives and give enough time to our children, going to the gym just seems like a huge time sink.


For one thing, you have to make sure you have washed and packed your kit, drive there, change, work out, shower and change again, and then travel home. By the time we get home we have often doubled our workout time without doubling the benefits.


This blog will help you change all that. I wanted to create a reference that will allow you to build your own tailor made routine. That way whether you have five minutes, ten minutes or sixty minutes to spend working out you can make the most of your time. What’s more you will not have to invest money in expensive fitness equipment or find space in the living room to accommodate a huge piece of equipment. 


This fitness regime is focused entirely on the use of a small, lightweight and portable fitness band. You can even tuck it in your briefcase and take to the office to get in a quick workout at lunch time (which is great, by the way, if you spend much time hunched over a computer).
